I do not trust the Vadam. I do not trust this key, or this man. I was right to delay. It seems clear to me now that there can be only one course of action: we must complete the warding generator, we must have the church guard the entrance to the banewarrens, and this key should never be used! This entire adventure has been nothing but foolishness, hubris, and mistakes. My mind is clear.
